Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, a $99 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total at checkout. If a service is not rendered, the deposit may be applied toward your consultation fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the $99 deposit or may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the $99 deposit.
