Dr. Mark Skalski, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience caring for patients across Massachusetts and Connecticut. He completed his residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center after graduating from medical school in 1998. In addition to his primary care practice, Dr. Skalski is the owner and medical director of First Look Med Spa, which he founded in 2019.

Passionate about both health and aesthetics, Dr. Skalski blends his extensive medical expertise with a strong interest in aesthetic dermatology to help clients look and feel their best. Known for his calm and compassionate approach, he takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing safe, patient-centered care.

Jessica Monteleone is the visionary CEO and Founder of First Look Med Spa, a premier destination for aesthetic excellence. Since founding the spa in 2019, she has grown the brand to include a second location in Sturbridge, co-ownership of Hello Baby Ultrasound Clinic, and the soon-to-open Luxxe Spa at MGM Springfield. Under her leadership, First Look Med Spa has become synonymous with innovation, luxury, and exceptional client care.

With over 26 years of experience in aesthetics, Jessica is a licensed laser technician and holds advanced certifications with the National Laser Institute, Venus Concepts, Cryoskin USA, Hydrafacial, and PCA Skin. She has also been a national trainer for Artemis Distribution and Cryoskin USA since 2020. Committed to continuous education, Jessica ensures that she and her team stay at the forefront of the latest techniques, technologies, and safety standards, delivering the highest level of service with a client-first philosophy.

An entrepreneur since the age of 19, Jessica combines expertise, artistry, and compassion to help clients feel naturally confident and radiant. Her dedication to excellence, safety, and education positions her as a true leader in the aesthetic industry.

Lisa Davis, MBA – Co-Owner, First Look Med Spa & Davis Practice Management. Lisa brings a wealth of expertise and integrity to every endeavor. As the founder of Davis Practice Management, based in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, she has built her company around decades of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting and analysis, cost accounting, business management and consulting, and administration. Through her leadership, Davis Practice Management has become a trusted resource for medical practices, offering tailored services such as outsourced bookkeeping, temporary CFO solutions, payroll processing, budget projections, QuickBooks training, and more—anchored by a commitment to delivering personal attention and proven results.



Now stepping into a new role as Co-Owner of First Look Med Spa, Lisa leverages her financial acumen, strategic vision, and collaborative spirit in the aesthetic wellness space. Originally from Amherst, Massachusetts, she infuses every business decision with the same drive to help others thrive—whether it’s elevating a medical practice’s bottom line or enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being at the spa. Her dedication to excellence, warm leadership, and passion for growth make her a cornerstone of both organizations.

Coming up on 5 years of dedicated service and experience in medical aesthetics, Kayla has established herself as a leading force in advanced cosmetic nursing and training for emerging aesthetic providers. As our Master Aesthetics Injector and Clinical Trainer alongside Dr. Skalski, Kayla combines exceptional clinical precision with a warm approach that has earned her a reputation for excellence. Kayla is distinguished by her extensive credentials and commitment to continuous education. She holds Level III certifications in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, mastering advanced procedures for facial balancing and full facial rejuvenation. Additionally, she carries certification in NovaThreads PDO Thread Lifting and Plasma regenerative treatments.


As a Master Trainer, Kayla plays an essential role in shaping the next generation of aesthetic injectors. She is responsible for onboarding, hands-on training, and mentoring new providers, ensuring they develop the artistry and anatomy knowledge in today's evolving aesthetics landscape. Kayla's leadership and passion for helping clients feel beautiful inside and out are an invaluable part of our team and a trusted provider to all who seek her exceptional care.

Maggie DeForge

Maggie DeForge, BSN, RN-IV Infusion

Maggie DeForge brings both skill and heart to every treatment she provides. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westfield State University, Maggie has built her career caring for patients across all walks of life. She began her journey in the fast-paced pediatric ER at Baystate in Springfield, where she spent five years caring for children and their families with compassion and calm. She is currently a trusted nurse at Yale New Haven Health - Saint Francis Smilow Cancer Center, supporting patients through chemotherapy with the highest level of empathy and dedication. 

Maggie now joins our team as an Aesthetic Injector, offering a unique blend of medical expertise and artistry. She specializes in aesthetic treatments and IV therapy, always with the goal of helping you feel confident and radiant in your natural beauty. Her gentle approach and genuine care shine through in everything she does-whether she's supporting a child in the ER, a patient in oncology, or a client seeking to look and feel their best. With Maggie, you'll find not only a highly skilled provider but also a partner who truly listens and cares. Her passion is helping every client embrace their authentic beauty while feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.

Haley is our Advanced Medical Aesthetician and the heart of our skincare and laser services. With a true passion for results-driven aesthetics, she is dedicated to helping every client feel confident, radiant, and supported throughout their self-care journey. A graduate of Asnuntuck Community College's Aesthetics Program and National Laser Institute, Haley has built a strong foundation in advanced skin health in both of our Agawam and Sturbridge locations.
