Sean has been honored and recognized by numerous patients, peers, and colleagues for his continued excellence and contributions to the medical, aesthetics, and teaching fields. He holds his Master's Degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and resides in Feeding Hills, MA.

Jessica opened First Look Med Spa,LLC to help people feel better about the way they look, and in turn feel better inside as well as outside. Jessica strongly believes that when you look amazing, in turn it makes you feel amazing. Providing exceptional client care and education and really listening to what people have to say, produces great results in the end. Jessica likes to spend time with all of her clients and really gets to know each one. We keep our prices competitive and fair, making beauty affordable no matter what your budget may be. 

Jessica has an extensive background working in marketing and the medical spa industry for the last 10 years. She holds a license in Laser from the National Laser Institute and many certifications including Hydrafacial, Venus Concepts and is the Northeast Trainer for Cryo Body Contouring.

Ashley has been a decorated leader in the dermatology, aesthetics, primary care, and teaching spaces. She is a recognized National Diplomat Fellow in the field of Dermatology. You may know her from her continued work at Trinity Health of New England in Agawam, MA. where she has 10+ years experience. Ashley is also a successful business co-owner of First Look Ultrasound, LLC. for the last 5 years. 

Ashley has been recognized and credited with numerous accolades by her patients, clients, teaching peers, and colleagues. She holds her Master's Degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and resides in Feeding HIlls, MA. Ashley also is one of our providers in our training program for new injectors. 

Katrina Laz, PA-C

Katrina, a dedicated bilingual physician assistant in English & Polish, brings passion and motivation to her role at First Look Med Spa. Driven by a lifelong love for skincare and aesthetics, she earned her Master's degree from Springfield College's Physician Assistant Program and holds NCCPA board certification. With a strong skill set in patient care, education, and counseling, she specializes in a range of cosmetic procedures, from PDO threads to dermal fillers for cheeks, tear troughs, jawline, chin, and lips, as well as neurotoxin, PRF tear trough filler, and Skinvive.

Megan went to school at Elms College and has a bachelor's degree in the science of nursing. After graduation she began her career as an oncology nurse at Mercy Hospital and has since advanced her career to work at Shriners Hospital for Children and Baystate Pediatric Emergency Room as a nurse to tiny humans. We are excited to have her on our team a medical aesthetic nurse and a member of First Look Med Spa. She has chosen to put in the time and training to provide the safest and highest quality care possible. Upon accepting a position at First Look Med Spa, Megan completed our 50 hour training program to learn all safety protocols and techniques.

Always having a passion for beauty and medical aesthetics, she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Elms College. Kayla works in the

Cardiac and Vascular Critical Care Unit at Baystate Medical Center and now at First Look! Kayla is a registered nurse and cosmetic injector, and we are so excited to have her on our team! Health and beauty is a huge part of Kaylas lifestyle. She has completed our 50 hour shadowing program and is eager to take on clients in both of our locations.

Ali went to school at Elms College and has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing. She began her career as an emergency room nurse at Baystate Medical Center and moved to Hampshire County Sherriff's Office during Covid. Currently, she is pursuing her Master's of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner at American International College. Aesthetics has always been on her career path and excited to be part of the First Look Team as an IV Infusion nurse and aesthetics injector. Ali has completed our 50 hour training program to learn all safety protocols and techniques.

Taylor Murphy, RN

Taylor is a graduate of Elms College class of 2018. She has worked as a floor nurse and has five years of experience in pre and post-surgical nursing. Her background in patient care is exceptional and brings this expertise to work at First Look. When Taylor is not providing Vitamin IV Infusions and Vitamin Shots at our Agawam and Sturbridge locations, she spends her time at home with her husband and with her sweet son Finn.

Kate graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Westfield State University in 2017 . She is Certified in Advanced Cosmetic Injections through AMET and has been personally trained by our very own nurse practitioner, Alyssah Phoummalayvane, FNP-BC. She loves to use her creative side for aesthetics and truly values the relationships she builds with her clients. Kate believes that part of any medical treatment is making sure the patient feels welcomed and comfortable at all times. When she is not performing cosmetic procedures she is custom creating vitamin IV infusions and giving vitamin shots to help you feel your best!

Haley is a graduate of Asmuntuck Community College Aesthetics Program, licensed through National Laser Institute, and is certified for Plasma FibroBlast. Haley offers an array of advanced medical facial treatments, as well as skin care that will make you glow.
