Dr. Mark Skalski

Dr. Mark Skalski, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience caring for patients across Massachusetts and Connecticut. He completed his residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center after graduating from medical school in 1998. In addition to his primary care practice, Dr. Skalski is the owner and medical director of First Look Med Spa, which he founded in 2019.

Passionate about both health and aesthetics, Dr. Skalski blends his extensive medical expertise with a strong interest in aesthetic dermatology to help clients look and feel their best. Known for his calm and compassionate approach, he takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing safe, patient-centered care.

Jessica Monteleone is the visionary CEO and Founder of First Look Med Spa, a premier destination for aesthetic excellence. Since founding the spa in 2019, she has grown the brand to include a second location in Sturbridge, co-ownership of Hello Baby Ultrasound Clinic, and the soon-to-open Luxxe Spa at MGM Springfield. Under her leadership, First Look Med Spa has become synonymous with innovation, luxury, and exceptional client care.

With over 26 years of experience in aesthetics, Jessica is a licensed laser technician and holds advanced certifications with the National Laser Institute, Venus Concepts, Cryoskin USA, Hydrafacial, and PCA Skin. She has also been a national trainer for Artemis Distribution and Cryoskin USA since 2020. Committed to continuous education, Jessica ensures that she and her team stay at the forefront of the latest techniques, technologies, and safety standards, delivering the highest level of service with a client-first philosophy.

An entrepreneur since the age of 19, Jessica combines expertise, artistry, and compassion to help clients feel naturally confident and radiant. Her dedication to excellence, safety, and education positions her as a true leader in the aesthetic industry.

Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis, MBA – Co-Owner, First Look Med Spa & Davis Practice Management. Lisa brings a wealth of expertise and integrity to every endeavor. As the founder of Davis Practice Management, based in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, she has built her company around decades of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting and analysis, cost accounting, business management and consulting, and administration. Through her leadership, Davis Practice Management has become a trusted resource for medical practices, offering tailored services such as outsourced bookkeeping, temporary CFO solutions, payroll processing, budget projections, QuickBooks training, and more—anchored by a commitment to delivering personal attention and proven results.



Now stepping into a new role as Co-Owner of First Look Med Spa, Lisa leverages her financial acumen, strategic vision, and collaborative spirit in the aesthetic wellness space. Originally from Amherst, Massachusetts, she infuses every business decision with the same drive to help others thrive—whether it’s elevating a medical practice’s bottom line or enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being at the spa. Her dedication to excellence, warm leadership, and passion for growth make her a cornerstone of both organizations.

Always having a passion for beauty and medical aesthetics, she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Elms College. Kayla works in the Cardiac and Vascular Critical Care Unit at Baystate Medical Center and now at First Look! Kayla is a registered nurse and cosmetic injector, and we are so excited to have her on our team! Health and beauty is a huge part of Kaylas lifestyle. She has completed our 50 hour shadowing program and is eager to take on clients in both of our locations.

Maggie DeForge, BSN, RN-IV Infusion

Aesthetic Injector
Maggie DeForge brings both skill and heart to every treatment she provides. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westfield State University, Maggie has built her career caring for patients across all walks of life. She began her journey in the fast-paced pediatric ER at Baystate in Springfield, where she spent five years caring for children and their families with compassion and calm. She is currently a trusted nurse at Yale New Haven Health - Saint Francis Smilow Cancer Center, supporting patients through chemotherapy with the highest level of empathy and dedication.

Maggie now joins our team as an Aesthetic Injector, offering a unique blend of medical expertise and artistry. She specializes in aesthetic treatments and IV therapy, always with the goal of helping you feel confident and radiant in your natural beauty. Her gentle approach and genuine care shine through in everything she does—whether she’s supporting a child in the ER, a patient in oncology, or a client seeking to look and feel their best.

With Maggie, you’ll find not only a highly skilled provider but also a partner who truly listens and cares. Her passion is helping every client embrace their authentic beauty while feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.

Megan Campbell, RN, BSN

Megan went to school at Elms College and has a bachelor's degree in the science of nursing. After graduation she began her career as an oncology nurse at Mercy Hospital and has since advanced her career to work at Shriners Hospital for Children and Baystate Pediatric Emergency Room as a nurse to tiny humans. We are excited to have her on our team a medical aesthetic nurse and a member of First Look Med Spa. She has chosen to put in the time and training to provide the safest and highest quality care possible. Upon accepting a position at First Look Med Spa, Megan completed our 50 hour training program to learn all safety protocols and techniques.

Haley White

Medical Aesthetician
Licensed Laser Technician 
Certifications in: Microneedling, Hydrafacial, Cryotherapy, Venus Concepts, IPL, Plasma FibroBlast, Body Contouring and Ellebanna Eyelash Lifting. 
Haley is a graduate of Asmuntuck Community College Aesthetics Program, licensed through National Laser Institute, and is certified for Plasma FibroBlast. Haley offers an array of advanced medical facial treatments, as well as skin care that will make you glow.

Mackenzie Girard

Clinical Coordinator: Agawam 
Mackenzie has been part of the First Look Med Spa team since 2022 and serves as our Spa Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator in the Agawam location. She is currently in her second year of nursing school and is passionate about aesthetics, with a special interest in helping clients look and feel their best. Her friendly personality and dedication to client care make her an important part of our team and the welcoming experience we provide.

Courtney Brown

Courtney Brown joined First Look Med Spa in 2023 and serves as the Clinical Coordinator at our Sturbridge location. She is certified in body contouring with Cryoskin and Venus Concepts technologies, helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with safe and effective treatments. Courtney is dedicated to providing personalized care and creating a welcoming experience for every client she works with.

Courtney McDonald

Medical Aesthetician & Body Contouring Technician
Courtney McDonald is a licensed Medical Aesthetician who graduated from aesthetics school in 2023. She provides a wide range of services, from advanced medical aesthetic treatments to relaxing day spa facials, as well as body contouring and skin tightening.
Courtney is passionate about helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin, tailoring each service to meet individual needs and goals.

Outside of the spa, Courtney enjoys spending time at home with her two little ones and fully embracing mom life. Her balance of professional expertise and warm, nurturing energy shines through in the care she provides to every client.

Jennifer Bowen is the Clinical Coordinator at our Agawam location and brings over 20 years of customer service experience to our team. With a strong knowledge of aesthetics and a genuine passion for helping people, she ensures every client feels comfortable, supported, and well cared for. Her kindness and expertise make her an essential part of creating the welcoming, personalized experience that First Look Med Spa is known for.

Ryleigh White

Part-Time Clinical Coordinator
Ryleigh is a part-time Clinical Coordinator at our Agawam location and is currently pursuing her nursing degree with the goal of becoming an aesthetic provider. She has a genuine passion for aesthetics and is dedicated to learning every aspect of the field. Her personality, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow make her a wonderful support to our team and every client she meets.

Sophie Veilleux, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse
Sophie is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with nearly two years of experience in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where she honed her expertise in precision, critical thinking, and compassionate patient care. A graduate of Russell Sage College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Sophie brings both medical excellence and a deep passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.

With three years of customer service experience and a background in the hair salon community, she is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
